Plastic Filter Media

An exciting area of plastics that we cover is supplying all types of solid plastic filter media. We have both floating and sinking filter media for various applications.

Our floating media comes in various shapes and sizes, and we are sure that we can find the one that is just right for your application. We work with customers to determine the proper size and shape for their needs. We have material from as large as 3mm (0.12 inches or 3000 microns) all the way down to 0.5 mm (.02 inches or 500 microns). These materials will float either on top of your water surface, or in the upper part of a fixed filter.

Our sinking media generally comes in the 2-3 mm size range, but can be custom pulverized down to what ever size that is required for the job. These beads are designed to sink to the bottom of your tank or filter.
