PBT

PBT has become one of the major focal points of TDL Plastics, and our customers have come back with nothing but positive things to say about our results with this resin. Our standard line up of stocked and spot materials include:

Our stock line of materials is one of the most extensive in the business. If you are currently running a prime material, and not happy with the pricing, please do not hesitate to give us a call to see if we can get you a better price than what you are presently paying. We know you will be pleasantly surprised. On top of all of these resins, we have been sinking a lot of money into R&D on our filled PBT material, and have some outstanding results. We have been working with standard glass fillers, but have also been expanding the traditional market for PBT by adding things such as magnetic, thermally conductive, and metallic additives to increase the inherent properties of the resin. This has led to our PBT material going in and displacing metals in several applications where the temperature profile and toughness were never thought to be good enough for plastic replacement material. Please let us know if you have any thing you currently manufacture out of metal, but would like to save time and money by switching them over to plastic, and we will show you how to get it done.
